It was quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise and didn't hear the people upstairs walking around. Check in was very quick and easy. The person that was there when we checked in was nice. The room was clean. Disneyland was about 3 blocks away and walkable distance. The Gardenwalk was a block away and we walked to and back with 3 kids. There's a lot of restaurants/food varieties around- Carls Jr right next door, Ruth Chris steakhouse down the street if you want to get fancy, Pho restaurant about 3 doors down. There's also a little store right next to the hotel that had snacks/drinks that we definitely visited for the random late night snacks. There's also a Walgreens and Rite Aide about a block away which had a lot of Disney stuff for a fraction of what we would pay at the parks.

I like the room it was clean and the bed is really comfortable customer service in the front lobby r friendly.

The owner was great and helpful. Lots of cameras for security was a plus. Soft sheets were nice, and refridge and micro were a plus. Location was great. Cleaning ladies were super nice with changing out towels. (We always tipped.)

Clean, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Just what we needed for our trip. We didn't get to use the pool area, but that looked clean, too. Breakfast was a variety of carbs (muffins, toast, cereal, croissants, etc.) and could have used some fresh fruit. Overall, we would stay here again for business at the convention center. We had a spa room, and the tub was great after days of being on our feet for a convention.

Clean, and very good value for price we paid. Shower water was hot, & they serve European style continental breakfast (yogurts,breads,pastries) free with stay.

The location close to the Convention center/Disneyland was fantastic. For those who don't want to walk (15 minutes), there is a bus service that goes up Harbor. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, a convenience store right out the door, Enterprise car rental place across the street, shopping close by Target (bus or uber) and an Outlet mall(Uber) . We did not get a chance to use the pool, but noticed several others that did! There is a small breakfast offered that looked like a good start for the day! The people at the desk were wonderful, our arrival was early, but the room was ready and for a small charge was available to us !!! We are already coming back in January for the convention and will tell all our friends!

good competitive price. clean rooms. updated bathrooms. good water pressure. ample hot water supply. long bathroom vanity countertop. long and wide bedroom dresser. good countertop space. clean microwave. clean refrigerator. clean coffee maker. free continental breakfast. good availability of parking spaces.

I really liked the distance from the park and the management at the property. This hotel is a great value in comparison to others and provides the same if not more amenities.

The room and bed were comfortable only reason why I am giving a 9 is because we got the room with the bath spa but they didn’t have bubble bath soap to offer guest in that room. Had we knows we would’ve of purchased it prior to arriving. Other than that everything was great.

Very nice staff and gave us a free upgrade during our stay just because they wanted to, it was also super close to the Disneyland shuttle ( only 7min walk ) also there was a mini market on the premise so anything why didn't have or need was nextdoor
